Place des Tripiers

Resaurants and wine bars surround a big cask of wine in the plaza of tripe butchers (yum!). Perhaps not far from the Bridge of Crows, where convicted felons were put in iron cages and dunked in the river until they drowned and then left on the bridge for the crows.
